Non-Comedogenic Compounds

Non-comedogenic compounds are those that do not promote the formation of comedones or acne. These products are ideal for those patients that have problems with or would like to prevent blackheads, or are acne-prone. Non-comedogenic moisturizers, makeup, or other creams should be a preferred part of most acne-treatment regimens.

The following are a list of comedogenic ingredients that should be avoided by those who are blackhead and acne-prone:
